The Home
The renovated eat-in kitchen has white shaker cabinetry, butcher block countertops, subway tile backsplash, stainless Samsung appliances, a stainless vent hood over the electric range, a French door refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, and open wood shelving. Beadboard wainscoting runs through the dining area with an oval table seating six under a woven pendant.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, hardwood floors, crown molding, window air conditioning, and radiator heat. The second bedroom has a queen bed with matching finishes. One full bathroom serves both rooms with a walk-in shower, subway tile, floating vanity, and round backlit mirror.
The rear yard has a fire pit with four seats under mature shade trees. The property is attached to the Elaine Harris Gallery, which operates as a separate commercial space with its own entrance on Main Road. Total interior living space is 815 square feet.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor amenities, including the fire pit and yard furniture, are typically available between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. Contact us with questions about specific amenities during your stay dates.

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Pets allowed case by case at a $200 per pet fee.
- No smoking on the property.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.
Guest Insurance
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. For longer term stays a refundable security deposit is required. Report any incidents to our team promptly.
