The living room has partial bay views through the front windows, a wall-mounted smart TV, and direct access to the front porch. The dining area seats eight at a reclaimed wood farm table under a modern chandelier.

The renovated kitchen has navy lower cabinetry, white shaker uppers, quartz countertops, herringbone subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel GE appliances including a French-door refrigerator with water dispenser. A peninsula with two industrial barstools opens to the dining area and connects to the back deck through sliding glass doors.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, partial bay view, dedicated desk workspace, and Fujitsu mini-split. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has twin-over-twin bunk beds and skylights, suitable for children. Two full bathrooms serve the first floor. A finished basement provides a third living area with a sectional sofa, wall-mounted TV, recessed lighting, additional mini-split, and space for a Peloton or workout setup. Interior staircase access. Outside, the back deck has dining seating for eight under a cantilever umbrella, a separate lounge area with sectional, and a Weber gas grill. The yard extends to a private lawn with a smokeless fire pit. A wood-enclosed outdoor shower sits on the side of the house. The front porch has cable rail and seating for four with partial bay views. Two dedicated workspaces. Fujitsu mini-split AC throughout. In-unit washer and dryer. Bikes and beach gear provided.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture and grills, are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Contact us with questions about specific amenities during your stay dates.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. A refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival for longer term stays. Report any incidents promptly.
