This home was perfect for us- two adult couples spending a weekend in wine country!
The space was extremely clean and comfortable with a kitchen that has every gadget and pot/ pan you would ever need – plus lots of cabinet space for groceries etc…
Beds were comfortable, bathrooms very clean and so close to the beach!
Host was very easy to communicate with too!
Would go back for sure!

Fabulous: awesome location right on the beach, Beautiful cam Waters of the Island sound, Home was very clean and comfortable, pet friendly nice outdoor sitting area and barbecue was perfect. Air-conditioning and fans in the room Smart TV for your viewing if you’re looking for private house with a private beach, this is an excellent recommendation. Also, the whole Debbie was excellent at communicating. It was a pleasure. Five star review, I would like to return again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at Beach house. It was very clean and comfortable. So nice to be able to walk right down the street to beach for walks, swimming or sunsets in the evening. House was very close to wineries and restaurants. We enjoyed our time out on the North Fork.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the property. The house was well appointed - linens, towels, beach chairs etc..We appreciated the close proximity to the beach and got to enjoy the beautiful beaches and inlet. My son especially loved using the boogie board and going down the inlet with the changing current. Upon entering the property, the house was hot as the A/C was not running, but was able to cool it once we turned everything one. One minor suggestion for the owner would be to get a new umbrella for deck out back as its seen it's last leg. Other than that, no complaints and would highly recommend staying here.

The perfect quiet beach getaway! Could not have asked for a better location for our beach family vacation. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, even at our children’s’ pace, and they provided numerous beach items like chairs and a wagon. The home was very comforting and had everything we needed. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Greenport and many nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect for our stay. We would love to return next year. Walked around barefoot and place was VERY clean. Messaged host numerous times and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Area is great. Beach is close. Love love love.

This was an excellent place to stay in the North Fork. You can't be much closer to the beach (it's a three minute walk), and the beach itself is lovely. The house is in a secluded private neighborhood but also quite well situated for the wineries. Highly recommend One Woman winery a bit to the east, but there are so many to choose from. Quick drive to Greenport as well for dinner or shopping.
The house itself is very comfy. I stayed with my wife and parents and we didn't even use the bunkbed room, but it could comfortably fit 6 people. There is a main living room and then another, so plenty of space. The back porch is great for hanging out and cooking on the grill, and the kitchen is well-stocked with all sorts of utensils.

10 OUT OF 10! We loved everything about this home. Everything was immaculate and the beds were very comfy. So close to the beautiful beach, and short ride into town. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them about the area. So nice to find a bottle of wine left for us and well stocked with spices for cooking, laundry soap, shampoo etc. We loved it soo much we extended another day! Definitely going to book this lovely home again.

Great vacation! Extremely close to the sound, easy to spend time at the beach everyday. Proximity to the beach allowed us to visit multiple times per day including sunrises and sunsets. The home is comfortable. Has all the right amenities. Debbie and LuxuryBeach are fantastic, very responsive and keep things easy. 5 stars all around.

This was a great spot for our family of four. The house is well-appointed and an easy walk to the beach. Our host provided us with beach chairs and towels, making things easier for us. We had a wonderful week at the house! It comfortably fit five of us. We especially loved how close it was to the beach and that all of the wineries, towns, and farm stands were usually on average a five to ten minute drive. Having central air conditioning throughout the house was also a great feature.

We loved staying at this cottage! Very cute, clean, and cozy with an amazing location close to the beach. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies made it easy to feel at home. Neighborhood felt very private and safe with good access to local farmstands, restaurants, and a lovely goat dairy farm at the end of the street!

The house was immaculate, well appointed and overall very comfortable. We loved that we could easily walk to the local beach on LI Sound (house is in the town of Peconic, on LI Sound, not Peconic Bay). While the kitchen was set up to make cooking easy, we took advantage of the great nearby restaurants and wonderful wineries. We had a great stay!

Tucked away near the sound….a piece of paradise ! Truly a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy all the North Fork has to offer . Centrally located on the North Fork, but easy access to a spectacular beach . You will leave refreshed & trying to figure out how soon you can return .

This is a great house in a serene neighbourhood. The shoreline of Long Island Sound is a two minute walk away, and it is a beautiful one.
We enjoyed using the firepit (responsibly). The interior decor was very inspired. The house is stocked with useful beach equipment like umbrellas, chairs, and Boogie Boards. The interior was pristine, and so too was the landscaping outside. The grill is pretty sweet, too. The kitchen is remarkably equipped with all sorts of cutlery and pots and pans. The couch is really comfortable.
Overall, we had a great time exploring the North Fork and the eastern part of Long Island, thanks to this listing. This property and its management are both impressive.
