The Home
The kitchen is built for groups who cook: a professional eight-burner gas range with double ovens, a wine refrigerator, a microwave drawer set into the island, and a full suite of cookware and small appliances. A large stone-topped island seats several, with a separate dining table for the group.
Main level: three bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath; two more share a full bath. A mezzanine overlooks the great room.
Top floor: the primary suite, with a king bed, a private bath with a double vanity, two walk-in closets, and its own outdoor deck.
Lower level: a game and media lounge with a competition ping-pong table, a smart TV, and a PS5 with four controllers, alongside a fifth bedroom with a full and a twin bed and a full bath. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is on this level.
Outside, a heated saline pool with an automatic cover anchors the yard, surrounded by loungers, umbrellas, and a separate pool shed. An outdoor dining area sits off a professional grill, with an enclosed hot-and-cold outdoor shower nearby. The yard is fully fenced and dog-friendly. A rooftop deck tops the home, reached by an exterior stair, with views of Long Island Sound and Hashamomuck Pond.
Zoned central air conditioning, an EV charging outlet, a living-room Sonos sound system, and commercial-grade Wi-Fi run throughout.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture and grills, are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Contact us with questions about specific amenities during your stay dates.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Primary renter must be 25 or older.
- Standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- No smoking.
- For stays over 21 days, excess utility costs beyond the base allowance are the guest responsibility.
- A refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival for stays of 29 nights or more.
- Offered for stays of 14 nights or longer.
- Rental Permit #1113.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included for stays under 29 nights. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. A refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival for stays of 29 nights or more. Report any incidents promptly.
