The Home
Built in 2019, the home features ten-foot ceilings and shingle-style architecture inside and out. A foyer with twenty-foot ceilings opens into the great room, where exposed wood beams and a wall of windows frame the Long Island Sound. The chef's kitchen has Thermador gas range, double ovens, and refrigerator, a quartz island seating four, and a pantry stocked with cookware. The dining table seats eight under industrial pendants. A separate living room with custom built-ins and a beamed ceiling sits off the entry. The fourth bedroom on the main level has a single bed and a desk, with its own full bath. A full bath also serves the main floor.
Upstairs, the primary suite faces the water. King bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a marble en-suite bath with double vanity, glass shower, and a jacuzzi tub set under a window framing the Sound. A hot bath at sunset is the room's signature. Sliding doors open to a private balcony with water views. The Sunrise Room has a vaulted beamed ceiling, queen bed, TV, and an arched Palladian window. The Surf Room has a twin-over-queen bunk for three guests. The Sunrise and Surf rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with tub and separate shower.
The finished lower level has a rec room with sectional seating, recliner, dry bar, high-top table, eighty-five-inch smart TV, and a brand-new ping pong table. Powder room. Samsung washer and dryer. Sliding doors open to a stone patio with gas fire pit and grill, with Adirondack chairs for evenings around the fire. Outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach. Sonos plays in the living room, terrace, office, and basement simultaneously. Three hundred Mbps fiber internet. Central air on the main and upper floors; the basement has a window unit. The property sits at the beginning of the North Fork Wine Trail, with farm stands, vineyards, and Iron Pier Beach all within walking or a short drive.

A car is recommended. The Mattituck LIRR station is approximately 6 miles from the property. Hampton Jitney service is available seasonally. Cross Sound Ferry from Orient Point connects to New London, Connecticut.

Full private access to the home, three levels of outdoor living, fire pit patio, and a stocked beach shed with two adult bikes, one kid's bike, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, cornhole, ping pong, and yard games. Driveway parking for multiple vehicles. Check-in instructions provided prior to arrival.
