Great spot – 20 min walk or 4 min drive into southold town and easy 10 minutes to greenport. House was extremely well equipped with seasonings, Tupperware etc to help your stay. Great AC and lots of bedding/towels etc.

Perfect choice for a family of four adults’ short summer vacation on the North Fork in a quiet neighbourhood of private residences and direct access to Long Creek where we even observed a bald eagle. Wineries, Greenport and delightful restaurants only short car rides away. The house is very well equipped (e.g., generous supply of towels) and the outdoor space and equipment well maintained, the absolute luxury being the hot tub. Although we were a little surprised to find that the area leading down to the creek was covered in woodchips rather than grass. Back in the bustle of New York, we will miss our newly found friends of wild turkeys wandering around the neighbourhood.

Our family had the most perfect week here. The house was very comfortable for the three generations of our family vacation, well designed for comfort, space, and relaxation, while also in a very peaceful and picturesque location. We really enjoyed the area and felt everything was close and accessible while being in a private location. We plan to come back soon!

I appreciate the effort being put into revitalizing this property..I would suggest the kitchen floor needs help now,,its a mess ,needs to be replaced, the wall to wall carpet should also go . Otherwise , the deck yard area is awesome...the layout is great..location , location , location....located in perfect area...........this place will be gorgeous when you guys get done updating......I will recommend and will stay here again....Also...Luxury Beach Getaways..very attentive as hosts....easy to ask questions, and quick responses...again , great vacation , thank you very much, Jack Bacchia

A cozy and tranquil oasis on the north fork! The house feels really spacious - with a lovely sunken living room filled with books and records. The deck is perfect for relaxing and looking over the water while dinner cooks on the grill and the hot tub was a giant treat. Lots of linens, cooking supplies, and very comfortable beds. And enough hooks to hang your wet stuff! This place is truly a treat and we're already planning our next trip!

We booked the place on the same day we went there as a last minute getaway. Our main attraction was the hot tub and it was spectacular. The house was huge and well situated, river views, not far from places to go to.

We had a great time at the Kayak Point property for a girls wine weekend. Beautiful spot and extremely close to many of the best wineries. The house was adorably quirky and well-maintained. The host was extremely responsive to all questions pre and post check-in. Hot tub was a big bonus. Highly recommend!

What a perfect house to entertain three couples for a wonderful weekend on the Northfork. The pond was absolutely beautiful with all the ducks, geese and swans and the sounds of nature. The kitchens was fully stocked and ready for entertaining, as was the entire house, which included a fire pit (lots of wood provided), kayaks, hot tub, big deck and a spectacular view. This will not be the last time we stay here!!!

Kayak Point was a wonderful spot for a family getaway. Lovely home. So comfortable. Big screen for movies and fireplace for cozy warmth. Gorgeous yard with direct access to swimming and kayaking. Also, LOVED the hot tub! Highly recommend.
