A cozy and tranquil oasis on the north fork! The house feels really spacious – with a lovely sunken living room filled with books and records. The deck is perfect for relaxing and looking over the water while dinner cooks on the grill and the hot tub was a giant treat. Lots of linens, cooking supplies, and very comfortable beds. And enough hooks to hang your wet stuff! This place is truly a treat and we’re already planning our next trip!

We booked the place on the same day we went there as a last minute getaway. Our main attraction was the hot tub and it was spectacular. The house was huge and well situated, river views, not far from places to go to.
Well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels, extra blankets, bathroom supplies.
Lovely deck, lots of space outdoors. We had some rain unfortunately, but the house felt very cozy. I would go back.

We had a great time at the Kayak Point property for a girls wine weekend. Beautiful spot and extremely close to many of the best wineries. The house was adorably quirky and well-maintained. The host was extremely responsive to all questions pre and post check-in. Hot tub was a big bonus. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with friends! The house was comfortable, with a beautiful view, and exactly as described. The common areas were perfect for being all together. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

What a perfect house to entertain three couples for a wonderful weekend on the Northfork. The pond was absolutely beautiful with all the ducks, geese and swans and the sounds of nature. The kitchens was fully stocked and ready for entertaining, as was the entire house, which included a fire pit (lots of wood provided), kayaks, hot tub, big deck and a spectacular view. This will not be the last time we stay here!!!

Kayak Point was a wonderful spot for a family getaway. Lovely home. So comfortable. Big screen for movies and fireplace for cozy warmth. Gorgeous yard with direct access to swimming and kayaking. Also, LOVED the hot tub! Highly recommend.
