Two full bathrooms serve the home, including one with a black-and-white tiled walk-in shower.

The deck is set up for outdoor dining and overlooks a deep, tree-lined yard with a large lawn. The property offers privacy and usable outdoor space for extended stays.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture and grills, are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Confirm availability if booking in shoulder season.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Primary renter must be 25 or older
• No pets permitted
• No smoking
• For stays over 21 days, excess utility costs beyond the base allowance are the guest’s responsibility
• Reservations of 29 nights or more require a refundable security deposit

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay receive a 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking for stays under 29 nights. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. Report any incidents to our team promptly. Longer stays require a refundable security deposit.
