The Home
The main level has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted wood-plank ceilings. The kitchen has white cabinetry, tile backsplash, open wood shelving, stainless steel appliances, and pendant lighting. The living area has large windows with natural light throughout.
The screened porch seats five and functions as a second living room from spring through fall. A covered front porch with rocking chairs faces the yard.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The full bathroom serves both rooms.
Outside, an elevated deck has dining seating and a gas grill. The yard has a hammock under mature trees with a path to the bluff. Private beach access is via stairs to the Long Island Sound shore. Beach chairs are provided.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture and grills, are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Contact us with questions about specific amenities during your stay dates.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.
