My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was well-situated in a quiet neighborhood - very private, surrounded by trees and a few wild turkeys. There were many amenities that made our stay enjoyable from the large patio and pool, 3 full baths in the main house, one of which had an amazing shower system with body spray, and a designated work area for those that can’t leave work behind. Communication with the property manager was easy and Debbie was very helpful and answered right away. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to the Hamptons.

Surprisingly I had my grandpa and grandma coming to visit me, along with my aunt and her song who I haven't, seen for years. I was panicking about where to go with all of them plus my other family from the Bronx. I contacted Debbie and she immediately started work on getting us a place where we all could not only be together but have fun also. OMG, this was an awesome experience, she was ready to help at all times. The house was big enough to fit us all. It was a time full of laughs and grilling, the kids didn't want to get out of the pool. We can't wait to go back there. When we arrived for our stay, the house was very clean and as pictured on the website. There was plenty of parking for our cars down the long scenic driveway.
The pool and hot tub were beautiful, and cleaned twice during our week stay. There was a very large 10 seat table and chairs with umbrella, and there were plenty of chaise lounge chairs for our group of 11. The game room had a pool table and ping pong which my family enjoyed. The BBQ grill was in perfect working order and we enjoyed cooking meals outside. There was also a second seating area with an umbrella as well which was nice.
Both my granddaughters learned how to swim and jump into the deep end during our stay. We spent most of the time outside and enjoying the pool due to the amazing weather we had.
The dishwasher, ice maker, and dryer were not working. A repairman did come to look at the dryer during our stay, but the hook up needed an electrician as per him. Although this was a bit inconvenient, this absolutely did not overshadow the wonderful time we had!
Debbie reached out to touch base with us when we arrived and was easy to communicate with. My family and I agreed that this will be the vacation home we rent from this point forward.

What a wonderful stay for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 13. The house was so comfortable and provided the perfect amount of space. The location was great with only a few minute Uber ride to town to enjoy the restaurants. We appreciated the brand new grill, pool, and hot tub. Debbie the property manager could not have been more helpful. She worked with us regarding special request such as early check in and allowing more cars in the driveway. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

This house is amazing! The long driveway and property makes it so private. You see and hear no one except yourselves! The yard and pool is perfect for big families or groups with so much seating and eating spots around the pool. There are coolers and beach chairs as well as pool toys. The yard was also securely fenced in so safe for children or your furry friend. Also plenty of beach towels which was a great perk!! The pool house with the big screen tv, bar, pool and ping pong table could keep anyone amused on a rainy day. Gigantic air conditioned room which even has a bathroom. Our family had a wonderful time, and there was something for everyone. The memories made will last a lifetime. Thank you Debbie and Virginia for being so helpful and responsive to any questions asked. We were a family of 4 to almost 70 and we could not have asked for more!!!

Our family stayed at the Sprawling Southampton Home for a long weekend before my daughter’s wedding at The Vineyards at the end of July. The house was in a great location for us. It was spacious, modern and well equipped. The pool was wonderful. It was such a hot weekend and the pool was perfect- clean, a great temperature and so inviting . The pool house was a great bonus with the games tables, tv and indoor bar. This house was great for our friends bachelorette party! The house was clean with a larch open kitchen area and room inside for fun games and hangouts. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house so it worked for a large group of girls getting ready to go out. The outside of the house was spacious and the pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. The pool house was also very spacious, but the pull out bed was unfortunately broken during our stay, but luckily there were enough beds to sleep in the house. The pool house also had a bathroom and a shower which was helpful for a big group. The house had plenty of privacy and we did not feel like we would be keeping neighbors awake by playing music out loud. There was a grill outside which was great for BBQ. All in all I would definitely recommend this house for a fun weekend with a big group!

I came here for two nights for my bachelorette party. We had about 13 of us staying for the weekend. The place was absolutely perfect - the pool and outdoor area was beautiful. The hot tub was also a nice surprise. The house itself was very nice and open and fit all of us comfortably. The location is very close to town so we were able to Uber everywhere we went. We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party in August, and because of COVID we limited the amount of time we left property..and believe me once you see the property you won’t want to leave. The house was spotless. We cooked most of the meals in house. The kitchen was fully functional and came equipped with everything you’d need. We had 10 girls but you could comfortably fit 14. We had running ping pong and pool tournaments, and lounged by the amazing pool and hot tub all day! The pool is much bigger then the picture looks. There was a pool guy who came after it rained, which put us at ease because it showed us that they really take care of the place. They have extra floats if you need them. The patio furniture was brand new and so chic and comfortable. Debbie was really responsive and gives great advise if you need places to go. Location is seriously great - 10 minutes from everything! The only negative about the location was that we brought our bicycles to ride into town from the house and unless your extremely fearless with riding on 27, you’ll have to drive past the busy highway. We still got our ride in just couldn’t find a way into town. They do allow dogs, which helped some of us ladies who were unable to get sitters. Huge convenience! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and tucked away, which allows you to sit out on the patio until the early mornings talking with your friends without disrupting the neighbors. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southampton!!!!

This was the perfect house for a large group of girls looking to celebrate (in my case, it was my sister in law's bachelorette party). The pool was a highlight and there was a ton of room to spread out and go swimming. I was planning the trip from California as a few of us were flying in to spend time with our New York friends, and they made the long distance process easy and stress free. The house we rented was even more stunning than the pictures, and easily accommodated/slept our large group. There was a minor hiccup upon arrival that had to do with the guests that stayed at the house before us, but with one quick call, the problem was fixed and we were off to enjoy the weekend. Had 2 wonderful experiences with this company. The first was for my cousin's bachelorette party in summer 2016. We rented a beautiful house in South Hampton and had a great time. We loved the house so much that we decided to reach out to Ginnie & Debbie to book my bachelorette party for summer 2018. This time around (summer 2018) we also rented a house in South Hampton from them, but a different one that was also beautiful & clean! It made my bachelorette weekend perfect! The pool house has extra sleeping space and an additional bathroom & shower. The entire house was very nice and clean.
