This place is truly a gem . I cannot recommend this house enough. The sunsets and sunrises are truly incredible. The town of Wading River is so charming, and so close to a lot of places. We spent the day in the Hamptons and Sag Harbor, which isn't too far away. We have five 13-year-old boys and 4 moms with us, and they had so much fun at the house, especially with the ping pong table! The few concerns we had were acknowledged and received well by the owner. They were super kind, receptive, friendly, and quick to respond. I look forward to coming back again soon.

My only issue was when we got to the house there were a lot of gnats in the house, I think the cleaner or previous guest left the window open and it was not noticed so unfortunately the beach gnats got into the house(easily 100). It took us 24 hours to figure out the window was open in one of the bathrooms. We ended up buying stuff to kill them ourselves so that wasn’t ideal.
If you’re staying there keep the windows closed and you’ll have a great stay!

We had an unforgettable stay at Queen Vic Beach House, the perfect backdrop for my daughter’s birthday. The home sits right on the water, with the backyard opening onto the beach—waking up to ocean views was magical. The kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, made mornings effortless. The outdoor area grill and dining space under umbrellas created the perfect setup for meals after water adventures. The kids and adults loved the toys, board games in every room, and the indoor game table. The gas bonfire added a cozy touch after dark. Water activities were endlessly available: kayaking and fishing in the mornings.
Debbie was superb to work with—responsive, friendly, and clear with check-in directions. If you’re after a beachside retreat with water activities, this is the place to stay. We’d book again in a heartbeat.

This property was great for a girl's weekend trip. It comfortably accommodated 7 people. The house was very clean and spacious. The pictures online do not do the house justice. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I could not have picked a better spot in Wading River. After an initial snafu with my booking through the app, Debbie sprung to action, contacted me, and upgraded us to this house, which was even nicer and closer to the ocean than the house I originally wanted to book. I thought she handled what could have been a very upsetting situation extremely well and overcompensated for us, if anything. Place and location were wonderful. Definitely recommend.

There is an outside gas fireplace right on the beach, which was a great place to have an evening cocktails and relax! The house was accommodating, clean, and fully equipped. 10 of us stayed at the house to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Debbie responded to my texts immediately to answer any question I had. We brought a couple of outdoor chairs to have enough seating to watch the beautiful sunset. It was a perfect getaway!

This stay was a very nice experience at the Victorian House in Wading River New York. The hosts of the Victorian House were engaging and very concerned about our quality of stay on Long Island NY. Our stay was for a 17 and under mens basketball tournament. Our men were impressed by the Victorian house and the experience of their first stay on Long Island NY. It was a great experience and they will remember it for a long time.

The house is so lovely and spacious and right on the beach! It meant so much that we could all be in 1 house. A couple of the bedrooms are cramped for space but they are fine for sleeping. There are other areas in the house and outside if you want a little quiet time away from the others.

This house is wonderful. Whether you are inside sitting, or eating a meal, or outside in the sun, there are places for everyone to sit and be together comfortably doing what you want to do. There is even a lot of chairs on the balcony where we spent every evening talking and watching the beautiful sunsets. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, there were plenty of towels, and if you needed something, Virginia and Debbie responded quickly to texts, emails, or phone calls. When we arrived, the cleaning staff had not yet cleaned as they were confused about our arrival, but we left a message on voicemail, and within 20 minutes: they arrived and went to work, making the place spotless. Later they dropped off extra beach towels. We knew we were going to be well taken care of. Virginia and Debbie are very accommodating. The whole upstairs is one huge bedroom with two sofas. It is really really nice. You actually wake up to the sunrise, and see the beautiful sunsets at night. What a wonderful feeling.

Following the wedding of our daughter in Brooklyn, we spent some time at the beach in the Queen Vic Beach House to unwind. The property was well located on the beach with no sight lines to adjacent houses. The beach house was well maintained and quite comfortable. The property managers were very professional and quite accessible through text. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as we explored lighthouses, beaches, wineries and restaurants on the beach. We were sorry that we ran out of time and couldn't arrange a lobster dinner from Buoy One in Riverhead. One particularly nice thing to note is that the Master Suite is the entire top floor on the beach side of the house. You can see the sun rise from your bed and the sun set while drinking a glass of wine on the balcony. One comment would be to check the house before you go shopping. It is quite well stocked, even to the clothes washing detergent and aluminum foil. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was absolutely beautiful-- just as shown in the pictures. Bedding and towels were provided, the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were all comfortable. The beach view was stunning and private aside from an occasional runner or beach walker. We enjoyed sitting outside sipping coffee in the mornings and went for strolls on the beach looking for shells. Could not have been a better place for a relaxing weekend on the water.

We rented the Queen Victoria for my sister's bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely phenomenal! The house is perfect for a girls weekend and has absolutely everything you need - including beautiful water views. The house comfortably fit 12 of us and was clean and welcoming. Debbie and Gina made the rental process super easy and were accommodating from day 1. Unfortunately we had rain all weekend and weren't able to utilize the master deck or the beach right outside the back doors but we are already discussing renting his property again!

5 childhood girlfriends ( and hubby's) rented this beautiful house to celebrate our 55th birthdays. From the second we walked in- the house felt like home. The master bedroom is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in and the beachfront view was just beautiful. Everything you need is in the house down to warm throw blankets - perfect in January ( along with the gas fireplace). Wonderful memories were made that weekend. We will definitely be back!

We rented the Queen Vic on our second trip to Wading River. Our party included grandparents and a toddler. The Queen Vic was perfect - spacious, clean, updated, with a great screened in porch. The open and comfy living room was perfect for just hanging out, and the large dining table, open to the kitchen, made family meals easy and enjoyable. It has a large deck on the first level, which was perfect to set up our toddler pool for hanging out and when playing off of the sand. The house also has an amazing upper deck off the (second!) master suite where we took in the beautiful views while drinking our coffee. The other rooms were very comfortable - and the first floor has a master suite as well, perfect for grandparents! Wading River is great, very low key, easy access from NYC and perfect for our young son. Debbie and Virginia are great - we look forward to renting from them again.

Wow!!!! What a wonderful time we had. The owners are sooooo accommodating and kind and funny!! I live in Germany but grew up in Brooklyn. My family and I try to come back in the Summer and last summer we managed to rent the 5 bedroom luxury beach house. The fun never stopped. We usually rent houses in Long Beach Island, New Jersey but last Summer after all the traveling we had done I asked if we could change the pace and try to rent this house. What can I say?!?! Best decision ever! Yes, there are wineries to go to and a great restaurant across the street but we never left the house. We enjoyed every last minute with one another. We had a BBQ on our terrace that sat directly on the beach!!! Who could ask for more? The house was as perfect on the inside as it was on the outside. My family and friends made such wonderful memories in those four days. We just decided to visit NY again this Summer so I looked up the house but it is booked for the entire summer. I could see why!!!!! Maybe something will change and we will get lucky…. I’ll keep my fingers and toes crossed! Thanks again ladies! Great times had by all! It was hard to leave….
