Like coming home. The house is clean and comfortable. The creek offers the best opportunities for fun on the water. We kayaked, swam, and used floats the entire week. The neighborhood is perfect for long walks or bike rides to many attractions in the area. Debbie the property manager is excellent at her job and always ensured we were taken care of. Already looking forward to our next stay.

We loved it! The house was clean, cute and very comfortable. The back deck is so peaceful and private. We had a problem with the WiFI, but when we called Debbie she solved it in an instant. And the location is so close to everything the North Fork has to offer.

The place is quite spacious and ideally located. The direct access to the water and the expansive, shady lawn are truly unmatched. The children delighted in running and playing freely. This house in the Southwood community in Southold, Long Island was well situated for a relaxing stay on Goose Creek. The private back yard was great for games and the kayaks provided made for enjoyable outings on the Creek. The deck was lovely for a morning coffee while bird watching and evening barbeques. Within easy driving distance there are lots of farm stands, wineries, and restaurants. Our family (including our dog) thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'm hesitant to say how much we loved our time at this home because I want to keep it a secret so it's always available for us! The backyard is perfect - bring your kayaks or paddleboard and travel over to Goose Creek Bridge or jump in the car to visit the many vineyards in the area. Virginia and Debbie made the process very easy! We rent homes very often, and. I was very impressed with the little touches like the included toiletries and loads of beach supplies. Looking forward to returning soon!
