Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. Ski Out (to White Otter Lift)

Seasonal Note
White Otter Lift typically operates mid-December through mid-April, depending on snow.
If the lift is not running, the cabin is not ski-in/ski-out — but the shuttle is a 1-minute walk and runs all day to the Base.
