Set on a third of an acre with a backyard, this 1,200-square-foot retreat offers a peaceful escape in the heart of the North Fork—ideal for both relaxation and exploration.
The home features a well-appointed bedroom layout to suit families, couples, or small groups:
- Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: One Double bed
- Bedroom 3: One Twin bed with pull-out trundle
Designed with an open-concept floor plan, the interiors flow seamlessly between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a bright and airy ambiance. Expansive windows bathe the space in natural light, while offering serene views of the surrounding landscape. The exterior’s timeless mid-century charm complements the peaceful environment, adding to the home’s understated elegance.
The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements suited for families, couples or small groups. While the bedrooms don’t have air conditioning, they stay cool with natural cross-breezes and the North Fork’s cooler summer nights. The main living areas are fully air-conditioned for comfort during the day.
The backyard is perfect for outdoor relaxation and is also professionally sprayed for ticks and mosquitoes, allowing you to fully enjoy the tranquil setting with added peace of mind.

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.
