Natural light fills the space through several windows, giving it an airy and welcoming feel. The studio also includes a compact kitchenette with a sink, ideal for preparing light meals.

Guests have their own private entrance, with a small outdoor brick patio area just outside the door. It’s a simple, clean, and quiet place to stay while enjoying all that Southampton has to offer.

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day.
