Super lovely apartment in the middle of wine country. Close to Clovis Point, Macari, RGNY and many more! Close to really cute towns like Mattituck and New Suffolk. Host met us at the location and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations! Also close to many farm stands. Beautiful peaceful location. Space is very well equipped with tons of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We really enjoyed sitting in the main room and chatting. Host could not be kinder, we hope to stay again soon.

This location can’t be beat! Very central to a great North Fork weekend if wineries, farms and beaches. The loft was incredibly private and clean. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. The bedrooms were a bit small/beds were a bit uncomfortable but the location, overall space, and convenience make up for it! Highly recommend!

Super lovely apartment in the middle of wine country. Close to Clovis Point, Macari, RGNY and many more! Close to really cute towns like Mattituck and New Suffolk. Host met us at the location and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations! Also close to many farm stands. Beautiful peaceful location. We had a wonderful time on Sound Avenue! The hosts were responsive and friendly. The location is unbeatable– All of the wineries we wanted to visit were minutes away by car, and a couple were even walkable from the house. We were also close to the cute “downtown” area in Mattituck. For our large group, the accommodations were perfect as there was a central place to hang out and be together while still allowing everyone to have their own bed. As a cherry on top, there is an amazing, huge kitchen and two bathrooms!!
There were some small issues. For example, the towels and linens could have been a bit cleaner, and there were a few ants. We were not able to connect to the WiFi, which was not a problem for us on this trip, but could have been an issue if we were working while traveling.
That said, we would absolutely stay here again! Coming from the city, it was magical to sit in the spacious backyard and look at the stars with a cool glass of wine in hand. This place is a total gem

The New York Times Real Estate Section talked about the multi-million dollar homes being built in the Hamptons. The article said, "The look of the homes is evolving: modern is making a comeback, but modern in the guise of barnlike." The modern barn is the Hampton equivalent of a Tribeca loft.
This unique, modern, 4500sq. ft. loft has a huge living room, professional gourmet kitchen, beautiful farm views, a secluded backyard, mod appliances, an a/v system, parking, and full privacy. The open loft area is ideal for cooking, entertaining, and simply unwinding inside or outside. Located in the heart of Long Island's wine region, between four of the North Fork's finest vineyards, and directly across the street from the best and most well-stocked farm stand on Long Island.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor: Primary Bedroom with Queen bed, two other bedrooms with one Double bed in each.
The 2 loft spaces have two queen size beds in each for a total of 4 Queen size beds. There are two full-size bathrooms each with two sinks. The master bath features a double shower and tub; the guest bath has one large shower. All amenities are accessible, including TV, WIFI, music system, kitchen appliances and accessories, washer/dryer, etc. We have been told -- without exception -- that the pictures do not do the Loft justice. (I did the best I could, but you are welcome to come to see for yourself.)
Near two beautiful beaches (one on the Sound, the other on the Bay) and in the very center of the North Fork Wine District, within walking distance of four top vineyards, Across the street from the area's best farm stand.
We will make every effort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We love the North Fork and want you to as well!
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- A housekeeper and groundskeeper are available for special requests.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- Stays 21 days or longer are subject to utility charges.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.
