This home exceeded our expectations and we hope to return to the exact spot every year. We love the small community, friendly neighbors, and easy access to the beach. Close to Greenport for dining and shopping. The house was the most ORGANIZED Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is labeled. And all the basics are there. Made us feel right at home. Honestly wish it was my house! Property manager was very calm and helpful when I needed assistance and I very much appreciate their professional and friendly demeanors.

Booked a stay here with extended family and everyone aged 17-89 loved it. Gorgeous water views and the nesting ospreys kept everyone entertained from the living room and deck, the short walk to the neighborhood beach was do-able for all, and the kayaks were a treat to explore the water for the more adventurous among us. Quality sheets and the sparkling clean of the home (with well-equipped kitchen) were happy surprises, and while the surrounding area abounding with farmstands and other beautiful beaches enriched the stay, you could be perfectly happy never leaving the house and neighboring beach. Hosts were helpful and communicative.

Very nice rental. Central air, close to the beach, beach chairs and plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Very clean property. Nice little porch and grill. Nice neighborhood. On the water but in a lagoon. House is tucked away off the main road and is one door down from the path to the private beach you have access to as a guest. Maybe a two minute walk until your feet touch sand. Great beach, never crowded. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Lots of towels to use. Bring your own beach towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other things to note: lots of board games, chromecast attached to TV (we streamed a lot of music), osprey nest nearby and there is also a pair of swans (the rental has binoculars but bring your own if you want to bird watch), coffee maker very clean, brooms and a vacuum available for sand, dishwasher and very quiet at night. Great place, we'll definitely rent here again. Highly recommended.

My family has been vacationing in Greenport for 30+ years. We have always stayed at the same resort for all those years. We were all very anxious and nervous about this year's trip since we were staying at a new place. We were so happy with the location, cleanliness of this property. Everyone had a great fun relaxing week. My only suggestion would be to have cable TV.
