We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Added bonus for the fully furnished deck and the private stairway to the beach. Only bummer was some of the appliances like the outdoor tent and dryer machine was not working. But the property manager Debbie was very easy to communicate with and she took care of most the issues. He also suggested us some good nearby attractions and farms. Overall I would recommend that location.

The property was perfect for our small family of three (+ pup). It was extremely clean. You can tell it's been remodeled and updated recently, with all furniture in great shape and good appliances. You can also tell the owners use it as the kitchen was very nicely appointed with everything you could possible need, including good pots and pans, cups and the like. The location was great. The beach is very private, with limited public access. The house itself enjoys a lot of privacy due to it sitting behind a dune (although it still has ocean views) and with plants blocking neighboring properties. On calm days, you can kayak and fish right in front of the house (we had luck catching shad while fly fishing right in front of the house and saw others catch a few stipers). One of the better properties we've stayed at in recent memory.

Located on a rocky beachfront in Wading River, this home had beautiful sunsets every evening. Deck is more delightful than pictured. Beautiful outdoor sofa, table with seating for 8, and large umbrella for those sunny days. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. Two bathrooms were recently updated. Comfy beds and furniture in living room. Property Managers suggested ZEST catering and they were AWESOME! We would use ZEST again! Loved the food. We were missing a portable crib for a baby, but the Managers rushed one right over to save the day! Super quiet location. Our only complaint, the entry door needs a door sweep at the bottom to keep out bugs and one window also had fallen down and would not close. If we come back to Long Island, we would certainly stay here again.

The “Dollhouse” is an absolute gem! The property is even more adorable than the pictures! We spent 7 days here relaxing on the beach that is so private during the week you may be the only ones there. The hosts have left everything you need from cute beach towels and portable beach chairs to paddle boards and life vests. The deck is so relaxing and has a breeze and shade to cool off after the beach while we BBQ’d dinner. The kitchen is completely stocked and we always had what we needed with a nice panache in all the accessories. The master is gorgeous with a king bed and the guest room queen has the cutest set of pillows. But we spent most of our time outside on the beach because it is RIGHT THERE! Amazing sunsets, shooting stars at night, calm LI Sound soothing our worries away. Loved the outdoor shower, loved the location so close to outlet stores, farm stands and the quaint North Fork towns. We had so much fun! We can’t wait to return next year! Thank you to Luxury Rentals for sharing an amazing slice of the shore with us! 💓💓

We sure timed this right. Not one other person on the beach for the 3 days we stayed! Private, quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with what you need. Good water pressure in showers. wifi and smart TV was great on a rainy day. Near stores, restaurants, parks. We would return. For older folks be aware there are alot of stairs.

Fabulous location! The house is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway with plenty to do nearby if you choose to leave the beach. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was big enough to be comfortable when we were inside, but the real attraction is the deck and beach.

We had a wonderful stay at The Diana beach house. The beds are comfy, the house is cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. It made Thanksgiving dinner very easy. I would recommend having an SUV this time of year as the water on the road got high at one point. The view of the ocean is by far the best part. We’ll definitely be back again!

My husband's daughter lives in New York and we surprised him with a Father's Day weekend stay at The Diana on the North Fork of The Hamptons. We were astounded at the private and stunning view offered from the deck. To say it was relaxing doesn't quite sum it up. We fell asleep sitting in adirondack chairs overlooking the water one afternoon. We also enjoyed the fantastic nearby restaurants (especially La Plage which we walked to from the house). Our days began and ended with walks on the beach with our dog who was also allowed to join us for the stay. The home was clean, well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Any questions we had were promptly answered - even late into the evening of our arrival. We felt so lucky to find this place and highly recommend it! Our daughter returned to NYC via the bus which conveniently picked her up nearby. It was a perfect weekend! The Diana is a winner and we plan to return!

This was my second stay in the house this summer and plan to come back in the future! My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to get away and relax before the busy summer began, and this place was amazing! Virginia and Debbie were extremely nice, and provided help with vineyards to visit and a few great food joints. We tried out all their recommendations and all were great. The house is located on a quiet street, so we didn't have to deal with loud neighbors or traffic going up and down the street. The best part about the house was the fact that we could bring our pup! We have a golden retriever, and he loved every moment there. We were able to walk him on a leash up and down the quiet beach, and he enjoyed digging in the sand while we cooked up dinner in the kitchen with the local seafood we scooped up nearby. Honestly, it was a wonderful trip and I would recommend any of Virginia's and Debbie's homes.

We got lucky and found this house after our deposit was returned from another rental due to the new ordinance in Town of Southold requiring rentals to be no less than 14 days and we are glad that we were forced to move. We had a group of 10 women stay at the Diana for the weekend. We had an awesome time. While it's not in the middle of everything as our other rental was, the Diana is in a beautiful location. It is well-appointed and well stocked with great cooking supplies. We especially loved the back deck and the beach. On Saturday night the wind died down enough for us to build and sit around a roaring fire on the beach until 1AM! Awesome! We did think the front entrance was a bit strange (entering into a bedroom) and think the approach to the house is a bit awkward (walking up steps only to go down steps; and an indirect path to the side door) - what were they thinking? But all in all, we had a great time and hope to come back again. Be sure to visit the Frog Lady - great little store!

One of Debbie and Ginnie's spots in Rocky point was our first vacation last year....and we recently spent time at one of their Wading River getaways-the diana- which was a pretty north shore beach cottage!! This place is awesome, not really much more I can say. The beach was perfect, even included a kayak for us to take out onto the water. The house itself is this perfect 3 bedroom, and 8 of us were comfortable as can be. Everything is brand new and worked perfectly. The neighborhood is this perfect beachy area. What a lovely home. This place is amazing, directly on the beach, in this adorable little town. It really feels like you're tucked away in a far away place. The house itself sits directly on the beach. The patio, outdoor shower and bathroom were in top shape. The house was literally just redone a year ago I believe and it shows. I almost want to keep this our little secret, but the house is too amazing not to share. Perfectly kept, brand new appliances, and the perfect beachy touches in the decor. Debbie and Ginnie couldn't have been better hosts, they greeted us and showed us around and made our stay as easy and fun as possible. Everything was in perfect working order, grill had propane and ready to go, air conditioning was perfect in every room, and all of the kitchen appliances were in great condition. The beach is literally right outside of the door, making for an amazing view with every meal. Really thankful that we found this place, it is a rare find.

We arrived at the Diana after a long week in the city ready for a weekend to just relax. The house was impeccable, beautiful, modern and spotless. The patio and beachfront property were out of a dream. The beach is secluded and picturesque. The patio grill and furniture made it so that you never had to leave the breathtaking view! Came here with a bunch of friends to celebrate one of their birthdays. The place couldn't have been more perfect for our group. We weren't quite sure given it is advertised as a 3 bedroom and there were eight of us, but the place was so much bigger than it looks from the pictures. Each room had plenty of space, my room had a double bed, couch and two twins. We could have brought a couple more people and fit comfortably. The kitchen was awesome, all new appliances. You can tell the owners really care about the house and keeping it pristine. The beach was great, nice little jetty close by for fishing. Will definitely be back.

Came to Wading River to celebrate a friend's birthday with a nice weekend on the beach (we are all beach people and seriously needed a break from the city). When we pulled up to the house, our jaws dropped, this place is directly on the beach, there is nothing between it and the sand. It sits on the most perfect sand dunes, every photo we took looked like it was out of a magazine. The house on the inside was brand new, from top to bottom. It had this great beachy feel to it, which just added to our stay. The swimming was great, the beach is a combo of rock/sand, but it didn't make a difference at all. I love this house and will be coming back very soon.

The add for this house really is accurate, the sunsets on the ocean were amazing. I'll never forget our group's weekend at this house. We stayed Friday-Sunday and wished we could stay for longer. We all left feeling refreshed and couldn't be more sad to leave the house behind. The town is great, great grocery store and not too far from the house. The house itself is in a perfect location, nestled on the beach with a huge deck which was perfect for our group. After a few so-so beach experiences on Long Island, we found the Diana and decided to go for it. I'm so glad we did. The house was perfect, just as advertised (in fact, some of the pictures don't even do it justice). We were shocked to find the house to be bigger and nicer than we had even expected. The beach was perfect, quiet and had a local feel, making it the real getaway from the city we were hoping for. The owners were great, and went above and beyond for us. We'll definitely be back.
