I celebrated my birthday with a group of 8 friends (38-45 years old). The house had large rooms and bathrooms. It is beautiful, spacious and clean indoors and outside. Chic and comfortable with amenities and Wi-Fi. It is close to vineyards, beach and Tates bakery! The owner responds very quickly and was a gracious and kind host!

We had a perfect week out in Southampton. The weather was warm and sunny, the restaurants amazing, the public beach was accessible and the home we rented for a week was all that we wanted. The outdoor shower was our favorite part of the house, but the five bedrooms, large family room and open kitchen also made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This house is in a great location and perfect for multi-generational family get together! The bedrooms were well set up and 3 full bathrooms were great! Pool, hot tub and backyard was great for our family of 6 adults, 4 kids, ages 6-12 and a small dog.
They are very responsive to any texts you send and offer suggestions on where to go and eat prior to arrival. Loved the refrigerator and stove!! There are two good size dining areas , 1 inside and 1 outside. Sunny and shady areas by the pool and deck to keep everyone happy.

This house worked excellent for our group of 5 doing a week-long retreat where we could work remotely during the day and hang out at the house and the Hamptons during work-breaks and evenings. The pool and hot tub were nice additions for relaxation. The property managers are excellent. They responded promptly to any questions and were super helpful with input on things to do and places to eat. We would definitely rent again.

This house was perfect for a girls getaway with 11 people. Pictures don't do the house justice - so much bigger and better in person. Parking is a bit of an issue, really can only have 4 cars on the property but other than that, I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time in south Hampton this summer. The house was well located - a short drive to multiple beaches, the town of south hampton, and other towns, as well as great restaurants. We were for most of the nights a group of 4 families with 8 children - and going to the beach early in the day and coming home to use the pool in the afternoon was perfect. There is a yard and a pool and the kids even enjoyed the hot tub, so plenty to do there. The indoor dining table was big as was the outdoor one on the deck. There is a small outdoor lounge area that was great for the adults to relax on after the kids were in bed. The upstairs living room space is big and open. The kitchen is small, but we didn’t cook any big meals aside from grilling and breakfast at home so it was perfect for what we needed. The outdoor shower was wonderful and charming with ivy growing all around. It is nestled within a neighborhood so if you are planning on being outside and loud late, you really can’t be.
I thought the property manager was great. She gave us some good recommendations for the week. She did meet me at the start of the vacation and like other reviewers said went over all the rules of the home which are similar to other houses we rented, so I didn’t mind being walked through and told what to expect for the week. She was responsive to my questions. The only complaint I had was a bees nest we found in the backyard on a tree and she found someone to come and take care of it ASAP when I let her know and was very apologetic about it.

I was originally worried that we wouldn’t have enough space with such a large group, but everyone was very comfortable in their rooms. What a great trip! First off, Virginia and Debbie did a great job of coordinating our booking and being available to answer any questions we had. Second off, Linda was really warm and welcoming, and was really helpful in making sure we were completely comfortable in the house. The house itself was in great condition, and a lot more spacious and sunny than the pictures show. It was very clean and had all of the essentials (towels, coffeemaker, etc.). The pool and hot tub were amazing and well-maintained. The large spaces in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck were perfect for our group of 11. I rented this home for my family last summer and everyone had an amazing time! We rented two houses next door to each other, because the owner owns both. My husband and I stayed in a different house than our family and it was perfect! Althoug both houses are next to each other they are secluded and it really feels peaceful in both homes (which is what we wanted.. ;))
This house is very close to Coopers Beach, which is a big reason we booked these homes. We were able to spend a week here and never ran out of things to do. It was also very convenient to be so close to town, only a 3 minute drive. We went out to each often and could run to get groceries in only a few minutes.
We definitely recommend this home for a big family like ours. You will not be diasappointed!

Stayed here a few months ago and my whole family didn't want to leave. I rented the house next door back in June and came back again to this house with my family (same home owner for both houses, if you need to rent a few houses!). We had an awesome time. It was a great visit because the house is really perfect for a family. There's so much room so you're not on top of each other but still close enough to have a great time as a family. My grandkids loved staying out here. The beaches are so close only about a 3 minute drive (perfect for the summer) and there are so many family friendly restaurants in the area. We loved that the house was close to everything. Only 10 minutes to the vineyards, and Montauk is close too. We also made the most of our trip and went into the city to see a broadway show. We got there in an hour on the train, it was very convenient. We will definitely be returning next year.

We were so lucky to be able to spend our holiday in this beautiful Southampton Home. We arived on Wed and stayed for the week. This house had everything we needed for an amazing stay and all the makings for a beautiful holiday table. We have a large family and many of us are couples so it was great to find that most of the bedrooms were kings and set up so beautiful and cozy!! It was also great to have the large jacuzzi, what a treat!! The house is only 3 minutes from the Southampton village so we ate out alot. Wanted to try alot of the great restaurants and we did.
