We had the best thanksgiving trip here! It was beautiful and the space worked so well. We all loved it and would definitely recommend and come back another time! The view of the beach is incredible and lovely walks close by, the little town is cute and it was exactly what we wanted and not too far from the city, but we really felt like we were far away from any of the city busyness it was lovely!

Having the chance to be practically be on the beach and experience the sun and the ocean was a real treat. We needed a place that was big enough to house a small working team in close quarters but with space for everyone to hang and work - we found it. I absolutely fell in love with this place and location. The beach is at your back door. Great restaurant within a few feet of the house. No need to leave the house. Everything is supplied for you. Super clean, beautifully decorated and the most beautiful, peaceful sunsets you could ever hope for. I can’t wait to rebook!!! Wish I could have stayed longer. The property manger was super nice and very accommodating. It was one of the best places I’ve stayed at!

We loved our stay here. The amenities were great and included lots of outside amenities including beach gear, a grill, and a hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to make large family style dinners and had a great view of the beach. We definitely recommend this Airbnb!

4 of us who are co-workers and friends stayed for 4 nights. The house was great! The view of the sound was breathtaking. Our favorite part was sitting on deck and enjoying the view morning and night. Management was so helpful and friendly and the location was close to everything we wanted to do-- wine and good food!

We specifically chose this beautifully appointed house on the water for a healing retreat while experiencing the solar eclipse. A perfect setting on the patio to witness the event and incredible sunsets. Almost everything was on one floor so perfect for those with mobility issues. House was well equipped with every amenity you could desire from spices to hair dryer to variety of shampoo. Tasteful artwork and touches throughout. The hot tub was therapeutic. Although there were only two of us and our dog, we felt the house embrace us with warmth and light. Host gave excellent nearby restaurant recommendations. Hope to come again with friends and family.

My friend and I just wanted a nice place to have a quiet girl’s weekend to relax and celebrate her 60th birthday and Chic Beach House was not just a good fit; it was the PERFECT choice! It is a beautiful house in the perfect spot. We arrived to a spotless home with a bottle of local wine waiting for us - which we promptly opened and enjoyed as we took in the lovely view of the Sound from the back porch! When it rained all day the second day, we were able to sit by the picture windows and watch the water get rougher and rougher, all from the safety of the dining room table as we played games. The house is so comfortable, from the living room couches with the electric fireplace giving warmth and light, to the beds in the bright, airy rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to make any kind of meal - though we limited ours to breakfast and lunch since there are also many options for dinner nearby! We got yummy takeout from Phil’s 5 minutes away and met some of my friend’s family for a delicious birthday dinner at Ruggero’s 10 minutes away the next night. Then we topped the weekend off with an OUTSTANDING dinner at La Plage (walking distance from the house) followed by a stunning sunset from the back porch of the house, and then a beautiful show of stars (and lights from Connecticut across the Sound). It was a truly wonderful weekend!

A magical place to reconnect with family and cousins . The house was steps from the beach. The house was well equipped with an amazing layout and ample seating for the 9 of us. Our family enjoyed Easter break together going on walks along the beach to playing board games while watching March madness on the big TV screen . It was the best family gathering and we would recommend this place for much needed rest and relaxation. Debbie the host was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly.

The views from the house were incredible and the hot tub was a great amenity. The hosts were also very responsive, and the surrounding area was quiet, but had everything we needed, including a great restaurant (La Plage) just a minute walk away. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

My best friend who lives in Dallas came into New York and we rented this house. This is something we periodically do I have to say that of all the houses that I have rented on Long Island, this was the cleanest, the best Host Debbie!, The layout of the house is so comfortable. It’s perfect for a nice chill time. We went in December and it was still a magnificent experience. The sound is literally in your backyard and there’s just nothing like being on the water either for fun or relaxation. I will definitely be staying there again.

Wonderful property and stay. Our family used the house to get out of town and celebrate Thanksgiving. The house exceeded expectations. The property was nicer than the pictures. It was very spacious, cozy and comfortable for our six adults and one infant. It was very well stocked with amenities. Right on the water, great for walks and quiet time. Hot tub and BBQ grill nice items to have. Property manager was great to work with. Very responsive before during and after our visit. Great location. Wading River has everything you need, restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. South Port and Port Jefferson easy drives. Wineries everywhere. Will definitely use when the weather gets warmer, but a great retreat in cooler weather. Great memories. Thank you.

We stayed at a lovely beach house right on the Long Island sound. The beach was tight outside our deck. We had such beautiful October weather to enjoy the beauty of fall. The house was just as described, open floor plan, well equipped kitchen and a great outdoor deck to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets each day. We had great communication with our hosts throughout the week. We visited many wineries on the North Fork. Also, went to a great 5 star restaurant, La Plage, recommended highly by Debbie, one of our hosts. We had an amazing dinner there, and it was right down the street. The house had all the essentials and we especially liked that the house is on one level as we have young children. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the supermarket, farm stands and more. Located right on the beach, my family and I enjoyed the beautiful weather. We stayed with a toddler under 2, and were able to walk to a playground close by. Reasonably close to the vineyards, we highly recommend this home to other travelers!

We had a group of 4 couples stay here over NYE and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Waking up to the beautiful view of the beach/water was amazing. Hosts were responsive for any requests or questions. If you stay here, you should visit La Plage around the corner. Less than a minute walk to great food.

Relaxing beach front home with sunset views and a hot tub on the deck. What more could we ask for? The beds and couches were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, kitchen had everything we needed. There’s a Children’s playground walking distance from the home which was a plus for us! Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Host replied within 24 hours and even messaged us to give us heads up that a storm was coming and let us know what we needed to do with the outdoor seating and kayaks. Highly recommend this place! If staying here make sure to check out La Plage for delicious lunch/dinner and Brekky’s for breakfast smoothies/bowls!

We rented 3 properties for the weekend for our family members who were coming in for our October 9, 2021 wedding. All three properties were perfect -- our families were so appreciative of the beautiful location, gorgeous sunsets, and how nice the homes were maintained and set up. We stayed in one of the properties ourselves and could not have been happier. We were located within walking distance of each other and a very nice restaurant, La Plage, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner on Thursday night. This beach has has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a convenient open floor layout. Check-in was easy and the house was sparkling clean. Shower got hot quickly and beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels were soft and high quality. Property felt private and quiet. Brekky is an adorable coffee shop that serves coffee, toasts, pastries just a quick drive away. My husband and I stayed here with our dog for a week looking for a quiet and peaceful stay and that was exactly what we got. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our north fork sound rental. It was great to be able to walk the beach every day with our 2 older dogs. It was a bonus to have an excellent restaurant nearby in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to enjoy cooking and relaxing there. And again with such a great selection of nearby farm stands and local fresh fish we did a lot of that. It was also a good location to jump off from to explore the rest of LI. We hope to return.

We loved how just sitting on the deck you were on the beach and it was perfect for our little son being there was no steps,, he loved playing in the sand,! This is our 3rd year renting from Debbie and Virginia and there have been no regrets. This home was absolutely gorgeous, updated and just as described on the website. The bedrooms are beautiful, there are more than enough bathrooms for a group 8 and the kitchen is immaculate. All up to date appliances. The home is comfortable and being able to control the home temperature is a major plus. Everyone was very happy with how cozy and welcoming the home was. The living room and fire place were the cherries on top. We will continue to rent from these ladies every year we are blessed with because we are never disappointed. My friends and I enjoyed a girls weekend at Luxury Sea Side was as described the rooms spacious with comfy beds. The property was well maintained and offered just what we needed Luxury!!!! We enjoyed bike riding and long walks on the beach as well as relaxing on the plush sofa watching movies. The updated kitchen with state of the art appliances offered us the luxury of in house cooking.

Hands down, best house ever! My girlfriends and I came for a bachelorette party and everyone was impressed by how beautiful and clean the house was - some even said it was the best rental they've seen/stayed at! Not only was it beautiful, right on the beach and cutely decorated, but Debbie & Virgina are wonderful. They made the entire experience really easy -- when they met me and my girlfriends on-site, they were hilarious, sweet and fun. I cannot say enough how much I and my family loved staying at the Seaside. We also had the chance to see and experience the Beach Cottage as well. Debbie and Virginia are wonderful to work with and have made my family feel at home and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation before going back to the daily grind.
Both houses were amazing and cozy. We have zero complaints. If you are looking to have a great time and want to relax with an ocean view and be in a cozy environment rather than cooped up at a hotel, you will not go wrong booking a stay with Virginia and Debbie. The home was very spacious (happily fit our group of 13) and clean. The home had a beautiful view of the water and included a great grill, fire pit, canoes, and a stand-up paddle board. If you want a great place to go to just outside the city and a quick trip from West Hamptons beaches, this is the spot.
