We had an incredible stay at Bahia Mar! The house and property were amazing. The open floor plan and modern kitchen overlooking the bay made it a pleasure to cook meals and spend time with family. We enjoyed the beautiful private beach everyday and took full advantage of the cabana, which felt like a cozy outdoor living room with the added bonus of sun protection. Although there’s tons to do in the area we barely left the gorgeous property for two weeks except for some groceries runs. Can’t wait to return!

Our group of 4 had a great time here! The gardens on the path to the front door are stunning. The interior is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. The bay views are gorgeous from every room. The outdoor dining and lounging areas are great for relaxing and taking in the views. The host was kind and very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend this home.

The property is exactly as you see it in the photos. Well designed, maintained and furnished. There were 6 adults and it never felt crowded. We enjoyed the southern views for most of the day and the beautiful sunsets. Definitely, will consider for another stay.

We have some experience with air bnb hosts so we can compare. Usually we stay in houses of this price range and experience was never ever as good as it was in this place. Usually it’s a mess in the kitchen — dirty plates, utensils. Sometimes dirty dishes in dishwasher. This time it was clean as at home. They had left a compliment bottle of wine, which by coincidence I love the most — Sauvignon Blanc. Place is amazing! It’s perfectly clean! Views, beach it’s like from a picture. Even though it was beginning of october I was swimming every day few hours. Our family really enjoyed this place. Will stay there for entire july next year. It’s a gem!

Once we entered the property and then the house, we knew we selected the right destination. A well thought out site plan and well appointed home with classic views to the bay. We hope to be back soon!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. My siblings and I spent our childhood summers on the Peconic Bay just down the street, but have all moved with now our families across the US. We come back every 3 years and this house is the best by far.
Beautiful grounds, spacious bedrooms, a very comfortable boathouse, plenty of dining areas and pristine views.
The kitchen is perfect if you like to cook.
The vrbo listing does not do this place justice. We are very picky and we will be back!!

My family had a beautiful stay in this home right on Peconic bay! The home was huge and stunning with gorgeous landscaping in the front and the beach only steps away across the lawn in the back. We especially loved enjoying the views across the bay from in the hot tub. This home is ideal for a small family reunion, with ample space and bedrooms, especially with the separate carriage house which really is its own mini apartment-- the listing actually sort of undersells it! Communication from the hosts was prompt and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

The property was immaculate and very well maintained. The garden was blooming with colorful flowers and well manicured grass. Kids had a great time playing Frisbee on the the yard. Private beach with a plenty of seating and beach umbrellas. Loved the shower that was available right by the beach. Kids has a great time playing in the water. House has plenty of space and bedrooms and Living areas. Great windows to get view of the beach all times. Debbie from Luxury beach Getaway was a great host got us all the help we needed for a relaxed break including help to get the speakers working for music. Place is close to a lot of shopping and vineyards. Highly recommended for families. We were there with our pet Westie and he loved the yard and the beach !!
