What Guests Are Saying About Their Hamptons Stay

Southampton Pool Home Near Village & Shinnecock

My family came from California and had a wonderful experience staying here. Our hostess Linda was wonderful, providing us with beach chairs, a beautiful location to go to the beach and was very efficient in any questions that we had. The place was beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the location too!

Southampton 4BR with Pool & Game Room

This house is exactly as described! The house is in prime location, clean and private from neighbors. The layout and room sizes were perfect for myself and 11 other guests. Management was very easy to work with an answered all questions extremely promptly! Cannot say enough good things about this house, would definitely stay again!

Southampton 5BR · 4 Kings, Pool & Private Yard

A beautiful House in South Hampton. The Beach is a short drive as well as the restaurants and stop and shops. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Thank you for hosting us as a family.

Poppy’s Hampton House | 3BR + Bonus | Near Beach

Had a fantastic stay at the house with my family and our dog. Perfect setup throughout – great living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, and outdoor deck (grill + fire pit)! Really easy access to town and driving further down the island. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Shinnecock Retreat | Heated Pool & Hot Tub

Had a great weekend the pool was amazing!! The house was clean and comfortable Totally recommend staying there.

Southampton Pool Home Near Village & Shinnecock

We had a wonderful week at this rental. The location is very convenient to get around the Hampton (Sage Harbor, South Hampton, Water Mill and Cooper Beach). Though it is located in the residential area, the backyard is very private with a wonderful set up for the hot tub and the pool. Linda, our property manager) was very responsive and was very attentive to our requests. Overall, we had a great time.

    Your Hamptons Experience Starts Here

The Hamptons blends dramatic Atlantic coastline with some of New York’s most beloved and storied towns. From the beach to the villages, the water to the table, here is everything you need to make the most of your stay.

    Walk the Coast

Dune Road in Hampton Bays puts the Atlantic on one side and Shinnecock Bay on the other, ideal for a morning walk before a slow breakfast back at the house. Further east, Montauk Point State Park offers bluff-top trails with views of the lighthouse and open sea. Every path ends with something worth seeing.

    The Atlantic at Its Finest

Cooper’s Beach in Southampton and Main Beach in East Hampton are consistently ranked among the best in the country. Tiana Beach and Ponquogue Beach offer a relaxed, uncrowded experience with easy bay and ocean access. Spend the day on the sand and head back to your Luxury Beach Getaway home to watch the evening light settle over the water.

    The Bays and Beyond

Kayak or paddleboard through Shinnecock Bay, or head to the Ponquogue Bridge area, one of the South Fork’s most popular paddleboarding spots. Fishing charters run seasonally from Hampton Bays and Montauk, one of the East Coast’s top sport fishing destinations. After a full day on the water, your Luxury Beach Getaway home is the perfect place to recharge before doing it all over again tomorrow.

    Culture, Cocktails & Great Food

Nick and Toni’s in East Hampton, Estia’s Little Kitchen in Sag Harbor, and The Lobster Roll in Amagansett are East End classics worth planning a night around. For culture, the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill and Guild Hall in East Hampton anchor one of the most vibrant summer arts scenes in the country. Staying in Hampton Bays or North Sea puts you close to all of it, without the noise of the main tourist drag.

    Village to Village

Southampton and East Hampton offer great dining, galleries, and boutiques. Sag Harbor is worth a visit for its beautiful main street and historic harbor. Montauk has a relaxed, surf-town energy at the tip of the South Fork. Each town is a short drive from your Luxury Beach Getaway home, making it easy to explore a different one every day.

      Frequently Asked Questions

How far is the Hamptons from New York City?

Plan for roughly 2 to 3 hours by car from Midtown Manhattan, depending on traffic. The Long Island Rail Road also runs direct service to several Hamptons villages for a car-free option.

What is there to do nearby?

Summer is all about beaches, water sports, and dining out. Fall brings farm stands and North Fork wine trails. Winter and spring are quieter, ideal for a genuinely restful escape, with many restaurants and shops open year-round.

Are the homes suitable for families and groups?

Absolutely. Our properties are designed for comfortable, unhurried stays. They work equally well for couples, families, and groups of friends who want to mix beach days with relaxed evenings in a well-appointed home.

      What should we pack?

Layers are always a good idea, as coastal weather shifts quickly. In summer, bring beach gear and comfortable walking shoes. In fall and winter, add warm layers and a rain jacket. A smart outfit or two is worth packing for dinner out in the villages.
