Scott Meyers is the CEO of Luxury Beach Getaway and brings over two decades of professional experience in leadership, strategy, and operations. A Westhampton Beach resident, Scott purchased the company two years ago, combining his business acumen with a growing appreciation for the Hamptons and North Fork markets.
Before taking the helm at Luxury Beach Getaway, Scott’s career included consulting at McKinsey & Company and serving as the CEO of a successful pharmaceutical company. Now, he focuses on guiding the company’s vision, fostering growth, and ensuring homeowners and guests alike benefit from the team’s dedication to exceptional service. Scott also enjoys tennis, skiing, chess, and spending time with his wife, 3 children, and 2 goldendoodles.
Debbie Niehoff
Debbie is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Rental Experience at Luxury Beach Getaway. With nearly twenty years of experience managing vacation rentals in the Hamptons and North Fork, she has played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s reputation for exceptional service and attention to detail. Her deep understanding of the area and dedication to creating memorable stays have made her an invaluable asset to both homeowners and guests.
Overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, Debbie ensures each property is impeccably maintained and ready to welcome visitors. From coordinating with cleaners and maintenance teams to addressing guest needs, she is the driving force behind seamless guest experiences. Her hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have made Luxury Beach Getaway a trusted name for high-quality vacation rentals in the region.
