10 OUT OF 10! We loved everything about this home. Everything was immaculate and the beds were very comfy. So close to the beautiful beach, and short ride into town. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them about the area. So nice to find a bottle of wine left for us and well stocked with spices for cooking, laundry soap, shampoo etc. We loved it soo much we extended another day! Definitely going to book this lovely home again.

Communication was clear and prompt, and every question we had was answered quickly. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were even given a welcome bottle of wine at check-in, and both check-in and check-out were effortless. I highly recommend the Peconic beach house for a great vacation at the beach.

Great vacation! Extremely close to the sound, easy to spend time at the beach everyday. Proximity to the beach allowed us to visit multiple times per day including sunrises and sunsets. The home is comfortable. Has all the right amenities. Debbie and LuxuryBeach are fantastic, very responsive and keep things easy. 5 stars all around.

This was a great spot for our family of four. The house is well-appointed and an easy walk to the beach. Our host provided us with beach chairs and towels, making things easier for us. We had a wonderful week at the house! It comfortably fit five of us. We especially loved how close it was to the beach and that all of the wineries, towns, and farm stands were usually on average a five to ten minute drive. Having central air conditioning throughout the house was also a great feature.

We loved staying at this cottage! Very cute, clean, and cozy with an amazing location close to the beach. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies made it easy to feel at home. Neighborhood felt very private and safe with good access to local farmstands, restaurants, and a lovely goat dairy farm at the end of the street!

The house was immaculate, well appointed and overall very comfortable. We loved that we could easily walk to the local beach on LI Sound (house is in the town of Peconic, on LI Sound, not Peconic Bay). While the kitchen was set up to make cooking easy, we took advantage of the great nearby restaurants and wonderful wineries. We had a great stay!

Tucked away near the sound….a piece of paradise ! Truly a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy all the North Fork has to offer . Centrally located on the North Fork, but easy access to a spectacular beach . You will leave refreshed & trying to figure out how soon you can return .

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! steps from the beach in a peaceful, relaxing bay beach area. House was great for our small group stay and we enjoyed the backyard/outdoor eating space. This is a great house in a serene neighbourhood. The shoreline of Long Island Sound is a two minute walk away, and it is a beautiful one.
We enjoyed using the firepit (responsibly). The interior decor was very inspired. The house is stocked with useful beach equipment like umbrellas, chairs, and Boogie Boards. The interior was pristine, and so too was the landscaping outside. The grill is pretty sweet, too. The kitchen is remarkably equipped with all sorts of cutlery and pots and pans. The couch is really comfortable.
Overall, we had a great time exploring the North Fork and the eastern part of Long Island, thanks to this listing. This property and its management are both impressive.
