Walkable to one town beach, though a temporary parking pass would have been nice to take advantage of the various other residents-only spots. Communications/question responses were a bit scattered.

We were on a family trip and we absolutely loved this place! Beautiful views, comfortable living space and furniture, and it was spotless upon arrival. Our host, Debbie, was fantastic! We enjoyed spending time at this property just as much, if not more than touring the local sights. Will definitely return!

Great place for a family stay. The waterfront view was spectacular! The backyard patio was a hit to hang out for hours while watching the sunset. The house was comfortable. We did have to do some supplemental cleaning upon arrival. Overall we were very pleased with our stay

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The house was beautiful, the view breathtaking, the host Debbie was lovely and immediately responded to any of our questions. She gave us a restaurant recommendation, Little Fish, which was very yummy. This was one of those houses you wouldn’t mind staying in all day because it was so gorgeous. Quiet neighborhood, we walked to a nearby beach, lots to do in the area. Would definitely go back!!

Beautiful place with a great view of the Sound! No access to water from home. Small narrow driveway but I would highly recommend if you are staying on the North Fork of Long Island

The home was beautiful and in a wonderful location. We were disappointed to learn there is no water access from the home as it was listed (i think it may have been modified now) because we were with people who couldn’t walk the distance to the beach. There is no beach parking so it would be nice to arrange for tags for guests which can be done.
The place didn’t have a foosball table when we arrived which was brought back to the game room, unfortunately no balls 🙁
The home was clean and easy living. Bring your own pillow if you have difficulty sleeping. The property management company was super responsive and we would definitely stay there again!

I am absolutely thrilled by the level of communication with the property management company. They were extremely prompt with responding to requests . Any time there was an issue or question, they took care of it. This home has breathtaking views . It’s clean and comfortable . Nice bedding , ample towels, nice decor . Bring laundry detergent as there is a nice sized washer and dryer. You can rent bikes, kayaks or paddle boards nearby . Fabulous location .close to great wineries .we love sparkling point and Lenz. Great farm stands, fish market and restaurants: Billy’s by the bay, founders, claudios … strawberry picking .

We had a wonderful long stay during the dark COVID winter. The house is beautiful inside, impeccably furnished, and very cozy and comfortable. The views are spectacular and we loved watching the beautiful winter sunset each night. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything one needs to do some serious cooking (and the huge kitchen island is gorgeous). Definitely lived up to the photos.
House is located on a residential street in a nice area to walk around. The town beach is a 5min walk in one direction. In the other direction you can walk to a lighthouse and a winery. It's a really quick drive into Greenport which is wonderful to walk around and has lots of good restaurants for take-out.
The only drawbacks are while the views are fantastic there is not really any beach to speak of when you descend the private staircase. For most of the day the water goes right up to the seawall. However if you want to walk on the beach you can walk down the road to the town beach. Also, to access the washer/dryer you need to go outside and down storm doors to the basement. However, the house is so beautiful neither of these drawbacks would stop me from staying again.
