It’s the last call for Fourth of July week availability in our Beach Bungalow. This 2-bedroom adorable beach cottage is intentionally kept affordable for families looking to spend time on the North Fork. Upon arrival, a beautifully landscaped entry greets you as you unload your bags in the driveway. In just a few steps, you will enter the fully equipped kitchen,featuring granite countertops and modern appliances. Our Beach Bungalow is open with lots of natural light throughout. This home can sleep up to 5 comfortably. It has a master bedroom with walk-in closets and a private, full bathroom. The other room is ideal for the kiddos and is home to a bunk bed with a twin-size mattress above a full-size mattress. Outside,relax on the large, rear deck while grilling some burgers and hot dogs on the BBQ. Cozy up under the stars on the outdoor seating by the fire pit late at night. Let your dog run and play in the spacious, fenced-in yard or walk over to the beach just down the block. Load up the wagon with chairs and everything else you will need for the perfect beach day. You will be staying in the heart of the North Fork by all the wonderful vineyards and farm stands. Whether you choose to adventure all over the island or simply do nothing but enjoy a relaxing getaway, this home has everything you will need for a fabulous stay. Available June 26 - July 4th. 

 

Seaside Stay

Why limit the Fourth of July celebrations to just one week? Book the whole month of July at our Seaside Stay and enjoy the waterfront views every morning. This adorable cottage is a 1-bedroom studio that sleeps up to 2 people. It’s the perfect couples retreat. There’s also a sofa bed, a full kitchen with casual seating, and a full bathroom. This home has stunning water views, access to the neighborhood beach steps away, and a small porch area with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating for 10! Kayaks are also available across the street for your enjoyment. Everything you need for a memorable stay- just bring your food and clothing. If dining out is more your speed, there are tons of great restaurants within minutes of this vacation rental. For French cuisine, we recommend walking across to the 5-star restaurant, La Plage, which has delicious seafood as well. If Mexican is what your heart desires, check out Senor Taco, where you can get burritos, tacos, and all the fixings. You will also have access to several pizzerias, delis, and liquor stores. The best part- they all deliver. If you’d like to vineyard hop during your month away, let us know, and we can set you up with an incredible vineyard tour guide. They will take you to the best vineyards and wineries along the North Fork Wine Trail, just minutes from where you’ll be staying. On the same strip of beach, we have about twelve other beach houses that we rent as well.
