With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this property sleeps 10 comfortably. Guests adore the abundance of natural light, open floor plan, and stunning beachfront views. Plus, our Chic Beach house sits directly on your own private beach in Wading River where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. This home features a number of luxurious amenities, including a large hot tub for relaxing, lots of outdoor furniture for entertaining friends and family, a barbecue grill for outdoor cooking, and an outdoor shower for washing off sand and salt after a long day on your private beach. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view before spending the day hopping from vineyard to vineyard along the North Fork Wine Trail. This home is located in a close-knit beach community, just minutes from the local farm stands, including the famous Bakewicz Farms. A 5-star restaurant is just steps away and local destinations like the Hamptons, Greenport, and Montauk are just a short drive away. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home sleeps 9 and sits directly on a private beach overlooking the Peconic Bay. Here, you can relax in the hot tub or lounge in the sun next to the water with comfortable seating and oversized umbrellas. As you step onto the property, you'll be greeted by a vast fenced-in yard, providing privacy and ample space for outdoor activities. This home offers an idyllic escape for all guests, with meticulous design and unparalleled comfort. The expansive inside living area creates a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. Accommodations in the main house include a lavish primary bedroom on the first floor with a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The Diana Luxury Retreat is an idyllic and luxurious home that is highly sought after by our repeat guests. Recently rebuilt, this three-year-old beach house features two charming and comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower on the deck. The king-sized bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an ensuite bathroom. The queen-sized bedroom is situated on the main level, along with the kitchen, living room, and a full bathroom. Outside, take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards and fully immerse in the beach experience. Our Diana Luxury Retreat is the perfect destination for any occasion, with the iconic North Fork vineyards and farm stands just a short drive away. Indulge in a charcuterie board and wine-tasting opportunities, while enjoying the local bands and musicians. Back at home, walk over to a five-star restaurant located just across the street where you can enjoy French cuisine as the sun sets. This home offers guests plenty of convenient dining options. Also, The Hamptons, Greenport, Shelter Island, Montauk, and Fire Island are all nearby. Our Diana Luxury Retreat great home base if you’re looking to explore the area. As avid outdoor lovers, we highly recommend adventuring to Wildwood State Park. Once Upon A Tide 

Down the street, you will find our Once Upon a Tide true beach house. This home offers 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests with a sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find a king-size bed in one of the bedrooms. There is an additional twin bed available in the same room. The other bedrooms are situated on the main floor, adjacent to the living room and kitchen. This stunning, yet casual beach house boasts sweeping panoramic views and a spacious wraparound deck that will surely leave you captivated. Have fun outside with the kayaks and stand up on a paddleboard. The sound is warm and flat this time of year. There’s also an outdoor shower and BBQ grill. For our adventurous guests, see the Nork Fork at new heights with Long Island Skydive or swim with the sharks at Atlantis Marine World. If shopping is more your passion, take a short drive to the Tanger Outlet Mall, The Shoppes at East Wind, or The Barn of Wading River. There is also a spa just down the road for a relaxing massage or facial. No matter what you choose to do during your stay, this is the perfect getaway for families with children or friends looking to make new memories together. We are dog-friendly. Sprawling Southampton Home

Hamptons more your vibe? Check out our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Sprawling Southampton Home, which sleeps 13. Located in the heart of the Hamptons, this home is perfect for those larger groups seeking a poolside getaway. Inside, you’re greeted by a stylish interior with plenty of seating to catch up with the ones you love most. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with an abundance of space for lobster bakes, large family dinners, or whatever your heart desires. Every room is quite large with queen-sized beds. The fourth bedroom is home to two twin beds, perfect for the kids or solo travelers. Outside, bask in the Southampton sun or relax under one of the large umbrellas. This home has plenty of outdoor furniture, pool floats, and water toys to keep any group entertained. If relaxation is what you’re after, watch the sunset from the hot tub while you soak your worries away with a glass of wine from one of the many local vineyards. The kids will set their sights on the pool house which serves as a game room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball.
