Our beach houses are the perfect getaway destinations. They're just minutes away from Long Island’s vineyards, East Wind Spa, famous farm stands, The Long Island Aquarium, Tanger Outlet Mall, Skydiving and much more. If you have the urge to go to the Hamptons or Montauk, you can easily do so. One straight road will take you to both destinations within 25 minutes. ​

Our Hampton houses are located in the heart of all the action, just a short walk to the village of Southampton and the famous Coopers beach. You'll have the option of lounging on the beach or shopping at boutiques. The night life is just minutes away and so are the famous 5 star restaurants. Sag Harbor and the Shelter Island Ferry are also just a few minutes down the road.

If experiencing New York City is what you’d like to do, it’s only an hour and a half away. Being able to see it all is what makes our Long Island Beach Houses the perfect getaway!

The East Wind Spa is just a short drive away from our rental properties. The spa offers an array of treatments, saunas, steam rooms, a relaxation lounge and a state of the art full-service hair and makeup salon. This is an ideal spot for utter relaxation and the perfect bachelorette activity. The East Wind Shoppes are right next door as well- The Jewelry Box, The Painted Canvas, North Fork Bridal Shoppe and many other great stores are there to enjoy.

Our beach houses are set in the perfect location- nearby the many East End wedding venues. These venues include Giorgio's, East Wind, Jamesport Manor Inn and several others. Our rentals are perfect for families and out of town guests looking to spend the night nearby the venue. Our beachfront properties have the most beautiful views, ideal for wedding pictures as well. Harbes Family Farm

Our properties are only a short drive away from Long Island's famous farms and farm stands, including Harbes Family Farm. This farm has a wine bar for adults, hay rides for children and of course, pumpkin picking during fall. There are fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables for sale as well as home-baked pies, local honey, roasted corn and their famous apple-cider donuts. Other nearby farms include- Briermere Farms, Harbes Orchard, Woodside Farms and many more.

Tanger Outlets

The Tanger Outlets in Riverhead offer a plethora of different stores and are only a short drive from our properties. You can enjoy strolling through the stores here or continue driving to the Hamptons where you can shop at the local boutiques in the village.

Splish Splash Water Park

Splish Splash is a 96-acre water park in Calverton, New York. It features 30 rides and runs from May through September. Travel Channel ranked Splish Splash the third best water park in the United States in the year 2009. It's just minutes from our amazing property and makes for the perfect activity for children. 

Port Jefferson Village & LIRR 15 min away 

Port Jefferson Harbor is one of the north shore’s top destinations for boaters in the northeast and one of Long Island’s two ports for access from Connecticut. The calm waters of the harbor along with a deep draft, provides transient boaters with easy access to many unique shops, specialty restaurants and year-round cultural activities, all within a short walk from the marina docks.
