Meticulously renovated home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Springs in East Hampton, walking distance to the bay, this well-appointed home is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Over 4000 square feet of renovated space, this home has high speed wifi throughout with many modern amenities.
On the main level, there is a brand new chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 36" Viking Range and an enormous center island with seating for 5.
On that same level is a peaceful sitting room with a remote controlled gas fireplace, a perfect place to unwind with a glass of one. In addition, there is a large family room with pocket doors, a 75" TV and Queen-sized Murphy, great for a guest who desires main floor accommodations.
The second level boasts a primary bedroom with private office and ensuite bath. There are three additional guest rooms on this floor with shared newly renovated full bathroom. At the top of the open staircase there is with another cozy sitting area looking over the back yard and pool.
The fully finished lower level includes a projector and leather sectional, a fifth bedroom with walk out to outdoor space, a gym with Peloton and a full laundry.
A fully fenced yard with heated pool, patio BBQ and dining area completes this fresh and crisp rental in Springs.
Situated between East Hampton Village and Springs Historic District, this home is close to bay beaches and a peaceful location to spend your summer.

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. We have exterior security cameras for property surveillance, including a ring video doorbell. There are no internal cameras.
No parties or unregistered guests without permission.
No smoking.
No pets allowed.
Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, and we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
