Upstairs, the primary suite features a luxurious spa-jet tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The en-suite guest bedroom provides privacy, while two additional guest rooms share a well-appointed bath. Blackout shades in every bedroom help with restful nights. Recent updates include new hardwood floors, a modern laundry room, and a convenient half bath.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Pets are not allowed.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
